Is it practical to get a custom made PCB built up?
These UK company's do a custom service:
pcbpanel.co.uk
pcbtrain.co.uk
They both accept Gerber and Excellon format files.
pcb train recommend using Easy PCB for layouts but that runs to hundreds of pounds.
Instead, I found KiCad which does the job and is GPL.
